Offered jointly by the College of Engineering & Science and the College of Applied & Natural Sciences, this cutting-edge, interdisciplinary program prepares students for careers in high-impact fields like nanotechnology, biotechnology, and molecular diagnostics, combining advanced coursework with hands-on research opportunities across disciplines. Students can choose a thesis or non-thesis track and work alongside expert faculty on real-world projects in areas like lab-on-a-chip technology, biomedical diagnostics, and environmental monitoring.

Whether you're pursuing a role in industry, research, or academia, the MS program builds the technical, analytical, and collaborative skills needed to innovate at the molecular level. Graduates are well-equipped for careers in biotech, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or for further study in Ph.D. or professional programs. With access to state-of-the-art labs, mentorship from active researchers, and opportunities to publish and present, students gain the experience and knowledge to make a real impact in science and technology.
