No candidate for political office shall be introduced publicly at any athletic event or other University-sponsored activity during political campaigns. This policy will ensure fair consideration of the interests of each individual associated with the University and will prevent embarrass­ment to Louisiana Tech and its administration at such events. All Departments and organizations will strictly adhere to this policy.
