To ensure the information contained in the online directory is current, Deans and directors of each administrative unit are responsible for overseeing quarterly updates of the Employee Database for all unit employees. Data on new employees or revised data as needed for current employees are submitted electronically. Obtain instructions for submission of data at http://www.latech.edu/latechnet.
Database information includes all directory information listed in Policy 1434 plus the employee’s social security number, employee classification (faculty/unclassified staff/civil service), full time or part time employee, date of initial hire, and date tenured if applicable. This information is for internal use only and is NOT displayed in the Online Employee Directory.
Database information is maintained on a secure, password protected site and is not available to the public.
