Intracampus Requisitions

Intracampus Requisitions are used for the purchase of supplies and services to be obtained from some Department or agency on the Louisiana Tech Campus (Bookstore, Building and Grounds, etc.) and must be approved and signed by the academic Unit Head. Unit Heads will have an ample supply of Intracampus Requisition forms.
