The SAT is a college entrance exam that is commonly used for admission to colleges and universities.  The test is offered several times during the year at many locations around the country. At Louisiana Tech we consider ACT/SAT tests for admission, scholarships, and class placement.  To give yourself the best opportunities for scholarships it might be helpful to take the test multiple times before January of your senior year.
