Eight members of Louisiana Tech University's Forestry Club competed in the 52nd annual conclave, a forestry skills competition conducted by the Association of Southeastern Forestry Clubs (ASFC) at Alabama A & M University March 12-14, 2009. Forestry clubs from fifteen schools competed in the conclave. Dr. William Patterson, Forestry Club Faculty Advisor, traveled with the students.
