MS in Biology
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or related area.
- Courses in nine of the ten areas of Botany, Zoology, Genetics, Physiology, Microbiology, Ecology, Biochemistry, Statistics, Scientific or Technical Writing, and Computer Literacy (If minimal deficiencies, courses may be taken while pursuing the MS degree).
- GRE scores for the general test.
- 3.0 GPA (4.0 system) for unconditional admission.
- 2.50 GPA for conditional admission
MS in Family and Consumer Sciences
- Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences or related area.
- Satisfactory GRE scores for general test.
- 2.75 GPA (4.0 system) for unconditional admission.
- 2.50 GPA for conditional admission.
MS in Nutrition and Dietetics
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related area.
- Didactic Program in Dietetics Verification Statement.
- Satisfactory GRE scores.
- 2.75 GPA
PhD in Applied Computational Analysis and Modeling
- Master's Degree in one of the Science or Engineering disciplines, or permission of the Dean of the Graduate School.
- GRE score of at least 1150 (V + Q).
Dietetic Internship
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related area.
- Didactic Program Verification.
- At least 2.85 GPA (4.0 system) on "KR" (curriculum) courses.
- Admission to MS program in Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Statement of goals.
- Documentation of work experience.
- Documentation of organization participation.
- Two letters of reference.
Applicants must participate in the national computer matching process. Number of students admitted is limited by availability of positions (Louisiana Tech University students given preference).
