Good News! Some of our Aviation Management students were chosen to receive scholarships.

Kristin Miller and Matthew Jett were chosen to receive the Louisiana Airport Managers and Associates (LAMA) scholarship worth $1,000. LAMA awards three scholarships annually to Louisiana residents that are full-time students enrolled in an aviation program. The scholarship is awarded based on GPA, career objectives and financial need.

Dustin Danflous was chosen to receive the Southeastern Airport Managers' Association (SAMA) scholarship worth $1,500. SAMA awards three annual scholarships to aviation majors enrolled full-time in either Auburn University, Delta State University, Eastern Kentucky, Fairmont State College, Florida Institute of Technology, Hampton University, Middle Tennessee and Louisiana Tech University. This scholarship is awarded based on classification of junior or above, interest in aviation, GPA and financial need.
