Charlene Young: IWTP Project Coordinator - cyoung@latech.edu
Charlene is the project coordinator for the Incumbent Worker Training Program. She works closely with companies that are interested in applying for an IWTP grant. She also coordinates, schedules training, monitors classes, and maintains grants that are funded through Louisiana Department of Labor.
