To stay competitive and to create more jobs, business and industry must have a well-trained workforce. Funds through the Louisiana Department of Labor are available for business partnerships with training providers to ensure a properly trained workforce and a consistent supply of employees with the skills necessary for company growth and employee advancement. The IWTP is designed to benefit business and industry by assisting in the skill development of existing employees.
