The Center for Instructional Technology and Distance Learning (CITDL) offers training workshops on a variety of Blackboard-related topics, including an overview for new or returning users and detailed sessions on Blackboard's communication and assessment tools.
If the workshop schedules do not fit your schedule, or if you need information about a topic not covered in the workshops, one-on-one sessions are available by appointment.

Blackboard 7 Training
Participants MUST have the following skills prior to attending Blackboard Training:
Basic Computer Skills
- Use of word processor
- Use of e-mail
- File management
Basic Internet Skills
- Use of browser search engines
- Uploading and downloading files
