Undergraduate Programs (UP)
- Continue innovations in curricula (IEC, ISC. Living with the Lab)
- Improve student performance on nationally normed exams
- Improve monitoring of student progress
- Recruit larger, more diverse student body (pilot TechSTep)
- Continus classroom and laboratory enhancements

- Facilitate interactions between faculty and funding agencies
- Evaluate creation and sunset of research centers
- Increase access of scientific literature
- Increase awareness of technology Transfer Oportunities and procedures
- Develop stragetic plan for tripling research funding in 5 years

- Recruit more US citizens in graduate programs (through regional and local recruiting )
- Increase quality of theses and dissertations
- Review two-year graduate course plan
- Develop research advisor selection process

- Improve internal and external communication
- Improve building appearance, maintanence, and signage
- Increase endowment and discretionary income
