The Department of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences at Louisiana Tech University provides students with a
background in both theoretical and applied psychology. Most faculty research interests fall within the

Career Issues
Women's Issues
In addition to the undergraduate degree, the department offers
masters degrees in counseling and guidance and industrial/organizational psychology. We
also have an APA accredited Ph.D. program in counseling psychology.
The department houses 14 full-time faculty
members and 4 adjunct faculty members.
