The Department of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences at Louisiana Tech University provides students with a background in both theoretical and applied psychology. Most faculty research interests fall within the following categories:

• Women's Issues

In addition to the undergraduate degree, the department offers masters degrees in counseling and guidance and industrial/organizational psychology. We also have an APA accredited Ph.D. program in counseling psychology.

The department houses 14 full-time faculty members and 4 adjunct faculty members.
