Louisiana Tech University is located in Ruston, LA, about 30 miles from Monroe, LA and 60 miles from Shreveport, LA. Ruston is a small city located on Interstate 20 in central North Louisiana, offering easy weekend travel to popular Lousiana destinations including Baton Rouge (220 mi) and New Orleans (300 mi). In addition, Ruston is also convenient to many major out-of-state metropolitan areas including Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, and Memphis.
