Must complete a current year FAFSA.
U.S. Citizen (NOTE: Eligible Non-Citizens are NOT eligible for program).
Pell Grant Recipient (as determined by the FAFSA).
Full-time enrollment as a first or second year student.
Have completed a rigorous secondary school program of study.
Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0 after 24 program hours.
Total of Expected Family Contribution (EFC) and all aid/resources do not exceed Cost of Attendance (COA).
Funds from this program cannot be used to replace the EFC.
Award amounts are $750 first year and $1300 second year.
Students may tentatively self-identify when completing the FAFSA, but
final eligibility determination rests with the awarding school.
