Schedule of Attendance

The Louisiana Tech University Financial Aid Office is required to administer a return of federal student aid funds policy that complies with the Higher Education Act Reauthorization of 1998.  Title IV funds are awarded to a student under the assumption that the student will attend school for the entire period for which the federal assistance is awarded.  The Financial Aid Office recalculates federal financial aid eligibility for students, who fail to attend, drop out, resign (officially or unofficially), or are dismissed prior to completing greater than 60% of the enrollment period.

Academic Year 2008-2009 

Quarter	100% Federal Financial Aid Earned	Last Day to Drop with a "W"
Fall 2008	Attend on October 16, 2008 or beyond	October 24, 2008
Winter 2009	Attend on January 30, 2009 or beyond	February 6, 2009
Spring 2009	Attend on April 23, 2009 or beyond	May 1, 2009
Summer 2009	Attend on July 17, 2009 or beyond	See Specific  Course Section
