Louisiana Tech students in good academic standing that have not enrolled for two or more quarters (except for the summer term) must complete a Graduate Application form, pay the application processing fee, and meet all Graduate admission requirements.

Louisiana Tech students in good academic standing that did not enroll for one quarter (excluding the summer term), must complete a Graduate Re-admission Form for re-entry to the same program at the same graduate status as the last quarter attended. No processing fee is required for this process.

Students must be in good academic standing with a minimum GGPA of 3.00. Students with a GGPA below 3.00 must file a written appeal for reinstatement by following the Graduate Appeal Process as outlined in Chapter 15, The Graduate School, in the current University Catalog. Each student is responsible for becoming knowledgeable about Graduate School policies and procedures.
