_____2.  Non-refundable application fee - $30.00

_____3.  Official academic transcripts from all colleges/universities attended.

_____4.  Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores -- School Code 6372 for the following Colleges: Education, Engineering & Science, Applied & Natural Sciences, Liberal Arts

_____5. Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) - School Code 6372 required by the College of  Business

_____6.   Letters of Recommendation ( 3 recommended)

_____7.   Graduate Assistantship Application - (if interested)

 Your application for admission  will be processed only when all
 of the required credentials are on file.  You will be notified of the decision by letter.

APPLICATION DEADLINES

For Fall Quarter enrollment	August 1
For Winter Quarter enrollment	November 1
For Spring Quarter enrollment	February 1
For Summer Quarter enrollment	May 1

            Applications received after these dates will be considered for the following Quarter.
