A financial statement indicating that the student has sufficient funds for travel and funds for his or her stay in the United States. It should be from a bank, parent, or sponsor and must be signed by an official of the United States Embassy in the student's country or by a bank official. The financial statement should cover yearly expenses listed on the insert.
