The student must submit official transcripts including academic record, grades, degree certificates, and examination certificates. Photographic copies of academic credentials are not considered to be satisfactory unless they are certified by the proper academic official and have an original signature and seal. All documents must be translated into English. Students should use the same form of their name on all of their documents so that their papers do not get misplaced. The name indicated on the application form will be considered the correct name.
