Introduction to E-Guide #1
|
This Experiment Gallery E-Guide is provided to help teachers and families explore hands-on learning in the physical sciences. The exhibits in the Gallery focus on many topics from the physical sciences including electricity, light and optics, mechanics, pendulums, sound and waves, and weather. Also within the Experiment Gallery is the Activity Station, where students and teachers may engage in science activities with the IDEA Place staff and preservice teachers. The IDEA Place staff will always be at hand to help you, your family, and teachers and students with any questions you may have about the exhibits. We hope that this e-guide will help you plan an effective and rewarding trip to the IDEA Place Experiment Gallery for your family or your class.
