Welcome to Louisiana Tech University. All of us are deeply saddened by the destruction and losses suffered by so many who were affected by Hurricane Katrina. FEMA Registration Assistance:
FEMA has opened an office to help evacuees with First-time Registration. The office is on the second floor of the Lincoln Parish Police Jury Complex located at the corner of West Alabama Avenue and Homer Street. The office is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day. However, we have been told this first-time registration assistance will only be available through Friday afternoon, September 16th.
