Explorers Camp
Who Can Attend?
Any student that is currently in the 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, or 11th
grade in a LA GEAR UP school is eligible to apply for Explorers Camp.
If you have never attended a Camp at Louisiana Tech you should apply to attend one of those camps this year.
If you have attended a Louisian Tech Camp, then you should select from any of the other Camps available.
Remember, if you attended a Louisiana Tech Camp last summer, you MUST submit a completed Individual career Portfolio with your application in order to be eligible to attend camp this summer.
If you have not already done so, you should get the Portfolio from the
Explorers Club Sponsor at your school, your guidance counselor, or

Who Can Attend?
Guidance counselors (or their designee) at LA GEAR UP schools will be
afforded the opportunity to participate in an exciting professional
development project during the 2007-2008 academic year. Click here for information and an application for this Project .
