Nanosystems Engineering Educational Objectives The educational objectives of the Nanosystems Engineering program are to produce graduates that are: NSENPO3: trained with skills in critical thinking, teamwork, problem solving, and engineering design. NSENPO4: educated in understanding their professional and ethical responsibilities. Nanosystems Engineering Expected Outcomes Graduates of the Nanosystems Engineering program will have: NSENEO3: A broad understanding of social, cultural, and ethical principles and responsibilities. NSENEO4: An ability to identify, define and solve complex problems that cut across disciplines. NSENEO6: An ability to communicate effectively using appropriate technology and efficiently use information resources. NSENEO9: The ability to adapt to sociological and technological change. NSENEO10: A significant professional or research experience prior to graduation.
