Circulation Policy
Checkout of material requires a current, valid Tech ID or valid courtesy card.  Students with a valid Tech ID may renew an item online or in person with the material up to three times (unless there is a hold request on the item).

Courtesy Cards
Courtesy cards are available to students and faculty from other institutions with a LALINC card from their home institution.  Courtesy cards are also available to current Tech Alumni Foundation members, retired Tech faculty, and ICP/GSU students.  To be a Friend of the Library, a courtesy card recipient may pay $25.00 per year for a card.  In all categories listed above, proof of identification is required when the courtesy card is used to checkout material.  Courtesy cards are processed during regular hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday).  Applications may be filled out evenings and weekends and the card picked up during the next business day or the evening of the next business day.
