Once you click the Ingenta link at the bottom of the page, you will see the following screen:

Once you click Register on the above form and you are informed you've registered successfully, you will be able to use this service.
Now, when you link to the Ingenta page, you can "Sign In" with your Tech ID No. and password and use the following screen:

Ingenta Document Delivery Service is a subsidized document delivery service provided by Prescott Memorial Library (PML).  Articles may be requested by current University faculty and graduate students at no cost to the patron.  By accessing the the service, you acknowledge that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

• Existing library materials should be used first.  If unsure, consult with a Reference Librarian at the Reference Desk or by phone (318-257-2231) for assistance in confirming this information.
• Users must be fair, equitable, and reasonable in their use demands.  A monthly cost limit per user is set at $300. Any duplicate requests will be billed to the user. Notification of excessive use and suspension of privileges will be issued by the Dean of Libraries Office.  Should a user have privileges suspended due to excessive use, reinstatement of the privileges is possible (based on the circumstances) at the beginning of the next quarter.  Should a reinstated user again abuse the privileges, the user could be referred to Student Affairs for disciplinary actions.
• The Library is not responsible for notifying the user when materials ordered by the user are received.  Any requests ordered by the user, delivered to the Library, paid for by the Library, but not picked up by the user within one week will be billed to the user by the Library and privileges will be suspended.  
• The Library reserves the right to suspend individual privileges at any time.
