The majority of our electronic resources are available "Off Campus" but require a Username and PIN to access them. You will see a Login Screen like the one below, and you will need to enter your 8-digit Tech ID Number from your Tech ID card and the words "changeme" to login correctly.

Some resources on the Library website are restricted to "On Campus" access, meaning you must have a Tech IP address to fully access them.  If it is marked "No Remote Access" or "IP Restricted," it means that if you don't have a campus connection and are not allowed to access that resource.

If a resource is marked "Library Only," it means it is only accessible at the Reference Computers in the Library.  No remote access of any kind is available for such resources.

NOTE:
You may change your PIN in MY ACCOUNT which is accessible from the Library Homepage or in the LaTech Library Catalog.  You will then enter your 8-digit Tech ID Number and the present PIN which is "changeme."  Using CHANGE MY PIN, you can change your current PIN to a different 1-10 character code.  Please keep track of your PIN once you have made a change.
