Cat peering into box

What is in that box anyway? There's an old association between curiosity and cats that ends with disastrous results!

However, curiosity is just what you need when choosing a topic to research. In fact, finding something that intrigues you or about which you have some natural curiosity is very important. It's hard to sustain interest in a paper or project that doesn't inspire you.

Suppose you are interested in a business-related topic such as marketing.

If you began your search with the term "marketing," you would find way too much information--enough to write several books! The topic is too broad.
