The Louisiana Tech Department of English has announced three scholarship winners for its 2009 TECH-London Summer Study Abroad Program.

Sara Sullivan, an English graduate student from Pineville; Meredith Gore, an English education major from Shreveport; and Mary Margaret Gilbert, a senior English major from Bossier City; will receive more than $3,000 through the Mary Alice Posey Garrett English Scholarship.

The scholarship funds will help support the students' participation in the TECH-London program, which runs June 2 - 24, 2009.
