Additional copies of your diploma or extra diploma covers should be ordered six weeks before graduation if you expect them to arrive by graduation day. Please go to the Cashier’s Office located on the 1st floor of Keeny Hall and pay for any extra copies of your diploma and /or extra covers. Bring your receipt to Rhonda Curry in the Registrar’s Office to place the order. Prices are as follows:

• EXTRA DIPLOMA $4.00 each
• EXTRA DIPLOMA COVER $6.00 each

If you want the extra(s) mailed, add an additional $10.00 for postage (U.S. postage).
