All students must pay in full or confirm their registration by the purge deadlines to complete the registration process.
Note: Students who have zero or credit balances (a minus sign or "CR" indicates a credit balance) because their tuition/fees are paid by TOPS, scholarships, federal financial aid, fee waivers, or other credits are required to "confirm" registration (apply the aid/scholarship to their expenses).
Failure to complete tuition/fee payment or failure to confirm your schedule by these deadlines will result in the purge (cancellation of your class schedule).
Summer Quarter 2012 Schedule Purge Deadlines
1st Purge: Monday, May 21, 2012 @ 5:00 p.m. for students completing Early Registration April 30 through May 18, 2012.
2nd Purge: Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. for students completing General Registration May 22 through May 30, 2012.
3rd Purge: Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. for students reigstered for 2nd session classes only.
Students completing late registration during the Summer Quarter 2012 are expected to pay tuition/fees in full on the day they register.

Fall Quarter 2012 Schedule Purge Deadlines
1st Purge: Monday, August 27, 2012 @ 5:00 p.m. for students completing Early Registration April 30 through August 27, 2012.
2nd Purge: Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. for students completing General Registration August 28 through September 5, 2012.
Students registering during the Fall Quarter 2012 Late Registration period (September 6 - 10, 2012) are expected to pay tuition/fees in full on the day they register. A $50 Late Registration fee applies.

Credit Balance Refund Checks
For SUMMER Quarter 2012:
- Electronically deposited refunds* will be available on Tuesday, June 12, 2012.
- Manual (paper) refund checks will be available on Thursday, June 14, 2012 in the Cashiers Office, 103 Keeny Hall, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- *Sign up for electronic deposit of your refund thru your BOSS account (menu option "Electronic Deposit of Refunds/Student Payroll").
For FALL Quarter 2012:
- Electronically deposited refunds* will be available on Friday, September 14, 2012.
- Manual (paper) refund checks will be available on Monday, September 17, 2012 in the Cashiers Office, 103 Keeny Hall, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
