Conference Registration
Please be aware that all forms must be submitted together as part of a school's registration package. Students MUST return their application form TO THEIR GEAR UP SPONSOR. Individually mailed forms will not be processed. Please be aware that downloadable "paper" forms are in the Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), and will require a compatible reader. The Adobe Reader can be downloaded from Adobe's website for free.
