Summary: Maintains and assists in the management of the Louisiana Tech University Special Collections, Archives and Manuscripts department under the direction of the Department Head; processes collections; prepares finding aids and guides which explain history, scope, content and arrangement of the collections; participates in preservation activities; provides reference services; monitors the operations of the department; provides regular written and statistical reports of activities and accomplishments to the Department Head; supervises graduate assistants and student workers in archival functions.  Maintains Special Collections website; adds digital collections to the LOUISiana Digital Library and assists researchers in the Special Collections and American Foreign Policy Center.
