Albino Hinojosa Exhibit

The Albino Hinojosa Art Collection

In November 2004, Albino Hinojosa donated 167 pieces of his artwork to Louisiana Tech University's Department of Special Collections.  Those pieces, along with several more that he donated in early December 2004, were part of his personal collection that he had saved since 1971.

 Wyly Tower and the Columns

Mr. Hinojosa's artwork contains many paintings and drawings of Wyly Tower.  The painting to the left was used to make a poster for the Louisiana Tech Centennial in 1994.

Mr. Hinojosa created many pieces of artwork dealing with Tech athletics.  His artwork was often featured on the covers of the media guides. He also designed the Lady Techsters logo.  Lady Techsters
