Users will complete the online TypeFocusTM Personality Profile that took over six years to develop. Research proves that it is a reliable and valid indicator of personality type. Split-half reliabilities for each type factor range between 85-93%; correlation of each type factor to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument ranges between 71-78%.
The program does not demand that the user accept the computer's results. It reports the user's results and asks if this is accurate. If not, the client can choose the opposite factor. We call this the user's true type or confirmed type, and it is the confirmed type that is linked to all the reports. Users can review their confirmed type at any time and change it if needed.
TypeFocus Careers generates answers to the following questions:
- Who am I?
- Where am I going?
- How will I get there?
TypeFocus provides valuable information which is personalized based upon Personality and Success Factor Questionnaires. This includes your personality strengths, careers that fit your strengths, a resume wizard, a career portfolio, and much more.
