Congratulations on choosing the best University in the nation to further your education. Here at Louisiana Tech, we are a close-knit community. In addition to attaining great knowledge, you will forever become a member of the Tech Family.
While at Tech, there are a number of different organizations that you can join to help develop leadership/social skills and meet people that enjoy the same activities as you do. If you are interested in meeting new people, while developing life skills, I urge you to consider Greek life. As the president of the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), I can speak from experience on the benefits of joining a Greek organization. Through sorority life, I have been able to better my surrounding community and enjoy various social events with newly found lifelong friends. My sorority experience has been nothing short of amazing; and I believe if you pursue Greek life, you will discover the same is true for you.
