What is a low ropes course?
Low ropes course is a challenging outdoor personal development and team building activity which usually consists of low elements. These elements take place on the ground or only a few feet above the ground. High elements are usually constructed in trees or made of utility poles and require a belay for safety.
Specific activities and initiatives promote varying degrees of both individual and team problem solving and decision making. Participants learn to overcome the limitations and achieve an enhanced sense of self concept.
Louisiana Tech's Low Ropes Course is located in Hideaway Park on Tech Campus. For more information about scheduling a group reservation please contact Emily Essex at Lambright Sports Center 318-257-4634 or email@example.com.
