A valid ID must be presented to enter the facility. Attempts to use another members ID will result in confiscation of ID and suspension from LSWC facilities and program participation.

All participants utilize the facility at their own risk.

Non- marking closed toe shoes must be worn in activity areas.

Appropriate exercise attire must be worn at all times. Users must wear a shirts the completely covers the torso.

Water in activity areas must be closed plastic containers.

A LSWC coordinator must approve all advertising and posting of ads in advance. Hand written signs may not be posted in the building.

All injuries, incidents or equipment malfunctions must be reported to LSWC Staff.

Liability prohibits children under the age of 16 to enter the facility without a parent of guardian unless sanctioned by a university function or event.

Parents must be with children under the age of 16 at all times.

LSWC in not responsible for lost or stolen items. Personal belongings should be kept in a locker.

Picture taking and/ or videotaping is only permissible after obtaining permission from a LSWC Coordinator.

Only service animals are allowed in the facility.

Bikes, skateboards or roller blades are not allowed in the facility.

Modification of equipment beyond its designed purpose is prohibited.

No outside food or drinks. Food and drink are permitted in social spaces only.

All food, trash, etc. must be removed and properly disposed of at the end of the event by the sponsoring group.

Any individual and/or organization not fully complying with guidelines may be asked to vacate the premises.

Appropriate language is expected. All patrons should be mindful and respectful of other around them.

Use of or drug, alcohol, and tobacco products are not permitted at LSWC. Attendees or participants identified as impaired will be removed from the facilities.
