University Park consists of 5 commons including Caruthers, Thatcher, Kidd, Sutton, and Neilson. The complex features fully furnished two and four bedroom designs. Each apartment is equipped with a range and refrigerator with some units including a washer/dryer. Rent, utilities, internet, and cable are included in all leases.

Students are allowed to apply for the apartment waiting list prior to enrollment at Louisiana Tech. In order to apply for the University Park/Park Place waiting list, you must first complete the Residence Hall Application. Once this application has been submitted online or by mail with the appropriate fees, you may request a University Park/Park Place application from the Department of Residential Life. This application requires a $50 application fee. Students are added to the waiting list according to the date the completed application is received.
