The Louisiana Tech Student Center has several rooms that can meet many of your conference needs. The rental of a room will cover use of the room, reasonable cleanup of area, and audio-visual equipment (PA, slide projector, VCR & monitor, and overhead projector) if available. Any other charges which could include food service, custodial overtime, University Police, and damage fees are not included in this price.
If you are interested in reserving a room, simply call (318) 257-3479 to check on availability. Then fill out the Room Reservation Form and return it to the Student Activities office located in Tolliver Hall.

*The Main Floor can configured in Setup 1 or Setup 2; however, if these configurations do not meet your specific needs or requirements, an additional charge of $100 will be incurred for set-up of tables, chairs, and/or stage.
Student Organizations
Recognized student organizations can use the facilities free of charge.
Off campus (Non-Profit) Organizations
Use of Louisiana Tech University property for non-Tech functions requires proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. A certificate of insurance with an indemnification statement must be returned to the student center as least two (2) weeks prior to your event.
