Micromanufacturing incorporates many of the processes developed by the integrated circuit industry as well as novel techniques developed by scientists from all technical research areas including physical chemistry, physics, engineering, and mathematics. The IfM web site includes information on some of the micromanufacturing processes under study and in use at the facility, including brief tutorials.
