Adams Hall is a double and triple occupancy female residence hall. It's three floors house approximately 147 female residents. Adams Hall is interconnected with Aswell Hall and Dudley Hall, as well as being centrally located on Tech's Campus.

- 8 washers and 8 dryers (coin and Tech Express)
- vending machines (coin and Tech Express)
- community bathrooms
- kitchen
- study room on each floor with a large lounge on the first floor.
Each room in Adams contains the following items for each resident:
- a twin size bed
- desk
- chair
- closet
- a chest of drawers for each resident
- There is one sink and mirror per room that is shared by each occupant
- one cable and telephone connection per room
- ethernet connections
