Cottingham is a two floor honors residence hall housing 90 male students. Incoming freshman are eligible for a room in Cottingham if they are National Merit Finalists or Presidential Scholars. Cottingham is located on the west side of campus and is south of Mitchell Hall. The Natatorium is located near Cottingham as well.

- vending machines (coin only)
- kitchen on the first floor
- study lounge on second floor and one main study lounge on the first floor
- two community bathrooms are located on each floor
Each room in Cottingham includes these items:
- a twin size bed for each resident
- a desk for each resident
- a chair for each resident
- a closet for each resident
- a chest of drawers for each resident

- one cable and telephone connection each per room
