Neilson residence hall is the largest residence hall on LA Tech's campus. Its eleven floors house over 700 male residents. Neilson Hall is located on the northwest side of campus and is next to Caruthers Hall.

- kitchens on every other floor
- study lounges on each floor
- main study lounge on the first floor

- a twin size bed for each resident
- a chair and a deski for each resident
- a closet for each resident
- a sink and a mirror shared by the resident
- cable and telephone connections in each room
- ethernet connections
