Pearce Hall is a double occupancy female residence hall. Its three floors house 176 female residents. Pearce Hall is located on the southeast side of campus.

- a kitchen on each floor
- a study room on each floor
- a large lounge on the first floor
Each room includes these items:
- a twin size bed for each resident
