June 2003 Work on Assessment Reports, compiling Summary of Data Collected
July 2003 Work on Assessment Reports, compiling Summary of Data Collected
August 2003 Work on Assessment Reports, compiling Summary of Data Collected
September 30, 2003 Academic Units will submit to the University Assessment Committee the completed Assessment Reports showing the Use of Results.

Academic Units should begin implementation of the Use of Results of Assessment to Improve Program/Services from the 2002-2003 Assessment Year

 Use the 2002-2003 Assessment Report to begin setting up the new Assessment Objectives and Means of Assessment of this Objective & Criteria for Success (formerly called Program Intended Educational (Student) Outcomes or Administrative Objectives and the Means of Program Assessment and Criteria for Success for the 2003-2004 Assessment Year. Use the new Word protected form for the 2003-2004 reports.
October 2003 The University Assessment Committee will review the completed Assessment Reports from the 2002-2003 Assessment Year.

Academic Units continue with implementation of 2002-2003 Use of Results

Continue the implementation of the 2002-2003 Assessment Plan.
January 2004
Continue the implementation of the 2002-2003 Assessment Plan.
February 2004
Continue the implementation of the 2002-2003 Assessment Plan.
March 2004
Data Collection for the 2003-2004 assessment cycle
April 2004
Data Collection for the 2003-2004 assessment cycle
May 2004
Data Collection for the 2003-2004 assessment cycle

Begin working on the completed 2003-2004 Assessment Report.

Academic Units should begin implementation of the How the results will be used to improve the unit(s) from the 2003-2004 Assessment Year.

Use the 2003-2004 Assessment Report to begin setting up the new Assessment Objectives and Means of Assessment of this Objective & Criteria for Success for the 2004-2005 Assessment Year.
