Electronic Course Approval:

Below are links for the Administrative Procedures for Electronic Course Approval established by the TECH Electronic Learning Committee (ELC).  Faculty who are interested in developing and offering a course electronically should review these submission procedures.

Distance Education Course Approval Forms:
The new Approval Request Form (to get approval to offer a course by distance education technology) is attached as a link below.  This online form has been significantly revised in the areas of course description, instructor credentials, and faculty  training in the use of electronic and instructional technologies. 
Web-Based Course Evaluation Form:
A new online Web-Based Course Evaluation Form has been developed by the ELC and is attached as link below.  Faculty teaching online courses are encouraged to use  this evaluation instrument with their students.

The Electronic Learning Committee and the Center for Instructional Technology and Distance Learning continue to refine the course approval procedures and the course evaluation process.
