ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Students pursuing the BGS must meet the following GPA requirements:
2.5 or above in the concentration,
2.25 or above in 300/400-level classes,
2.0 or above cumulative GPA.

Students must earn at least 45 hours of course credit at the 300/400-level (with at least 15 hours at the 400-level).

No more than 24 hours of any discipline can be used for credit.

No more than 27 hours of credit from the College of Administration and Business can be applied to graduation credit for the BGS. Engineering classes are not used in the degree plan; most education classes do not transfer to this degree either.

Practicum courses do not count for credit.

No more than two hours of HES or music activity classes can be used as electives.

Students must be enrolled in the program for at least two quarters before graduating.

Students must earn at least 24 semester hours of Liberal Arts credits, excluding GER classes, either in the Thematic Concentration or in the Enrichment Blocks.
