Assistant Professor of History

Nazir Atassi joined the faculty of Louisiana Tech University in 2007. He is currently completing his PhD in History at the University of California at Santa Barbara and is a specialist in Islamic and Middle Eastern history. In addition Dr Atassi's interests include world history, historical anthropology, dynamical systems as they applies to history and the social sciences.
